Dear Claire,
I'm writing to let you know what days I'm going to take off in the next couple of months. I'm going to take 1st April off because I'm moving house. I'm going to take a week off as of 23rd April because I have to go to a friend's wedding. And in May I'm going to be off for three days as of 14th May because my parents are coming to stay. I hope there's not going to be a problem with these dates.

Dear Ivan,
I'm writing to let you know which of the weeks you proposed to us the other day I'm going to take off. I'm going to take off the first and the third week of July off. I'm going to take off the first week because I'm going to Palafrugell to do a catalan course and I'm going to take the third week off because I'm having wisdom teeth taken out. I hope there's not going bo be a problem with these dates.

Dear Helen,
I'm writing to let you know what days I'm going to take off in September. I have four days left and I know you want us to use up all our holiday days before October. I'm going to take off the 3rd and the 4th because i have to go to London for a wedding. And I'm going to take off the 16th and 17th because I have to do some things at home. I hope there's not going to be a problem.
